ALDI US Grocery 12+

I love Aldi so much!! The food is of quality and healthy. I was struggling to have time to grocery shop, but this app has helped so much!! It’s very user friendly and easy to use! I love the updates I receive once I’ve made an order. My only complaint is that there are select, special items that tend to not be in stock, yet they always appear in the app. I understand that this is a really picky request that’s hard to meet, but overall…so please and love it!

I love shopping at Aldi and I love having the convenience of shopping online for my groceries but the App needs a serious overhaul and upgrade. It’s very glitchy and freezes up sometimes. It also stops and shuts down. The links to communicate with the shopper don’t work so I have to ask to have them send me info or take pictures of the shelves in order to approve or disapprove of an item. Today, I’m trying to put my order thru and I kept getting a pop up message saying some items or prices may have changed, to review my product summary and choose a pick up time and proceed to checkout however, it doesn’t show what item or price has changed. I had to delete my cart and start over again in order for it to work. Come on Aldi. You are a huge corporation. I’m sure you can do better by providing a better App.

First of all this app is impossible to find in the app store, I deleted it to clear up space and you HAVE to download the old version to find the link to get the new one. My next complaint is the fact that I have to login every single time I open the app, doesn’t matter if I had it open 2 minutes ago that’s a bit inconvenient. The app doesn’t offer the option to save any items you’d like to revisit later so good luck finding it again. Also the browsing in the app is so unrealistic, some items you can’t search for items specifically so you’re scrolling through hundreds of things looking for 1 in particular its easy to get overwhelmed. If you’re gonna offer an app to make things easier for your clients… make it easier.
