App needs more improvement

I cannot access my account

I signed up by my email ID and when I logged in it said wrong email or password when I choose forgot password and enter the email I have registered. I never receive anything from Aleef to reset password or correct if there is any disputes I check led as well junk but never receive. So what is this for apps and website which we can creat account but cannot access, really frustrated never expect from Aleef as there physical service is excellent but online is no clue

I can’t add anything to my cart

It won’t allow me to add anything to the cart it keeps saying quantity not added even when the quantity is 1 or 2 or even 5 it doesn’t make a difference. And when u switch the app to English the products are still written in Arabic making it very difficult to enter anything into the search but instead I have to go through all the products manually. Please fix it we have no other option during the quarantine because we can’t come to the store ourselves!
