Problemas con las imágenes
La idea desarrollada en estos libros interactivos es espectacular, no obstante la plataforma ofrece problemas técnicos. Cuando intento entrar en realidad virtual, la pantalla se pone negra y no deja visualizar nada.
Augmented Reality does not work
When I try to do anything on Augmented Reality (AR) screen goes black with a line down the middle and can’t see anything. When I point the cellphone to the page a music starts but the black screen does not change.
That happens with the stickers, map or book. Cannot get it to work.
Fix it please!!!!
Unable to use it it goes black
It either goes back to the purple letter or it goes black and does not change page or whatever it is supposed to do. Very frustrating for me imagine for my child!
