Mixed feelings

I just wish I didn’t have to log back in each time I’m idle.. it’s kind of annoying having to log in each and every time, there’s even no remember me option.. it also has its bugs every now and then like messages not loading

Your local administrator controls the duration for the idle logout. If they need assistance setting it, please ask them to contact our support team at support@aliceplatform.com
Also, our team is investigating improvements that will allow a simpler login experience including "remember me" as well as options such as facial recognition.

Useful kinda...

This app both on the phone and the computer is weird. They have similar problems, on this app in particular though, it’s sometimes hard to tell if it’s working in the first place until you go back to the computer to verify. Messages not loading at all or taking forever or keyboard lag are problems in this app as well as the browser version. If you sign out, you still get push notifications even if you see the log in page, which would confirm you’ve logged out if I’m not mistaken, but until you close, then reopen the app, see the log in page again, then re-close the app, the notifications keep going. Unfortunately it’s not my choice nor my managers or even property managers choice to use this system so we are stuck with it.

Regarding logging out and notifications, we're aware that this is confusing for users and are currently working on an improvement for it. The way it currently works is that we require you to logout after a certain period of inactivity, but while you're in this state, we continue to send notifications to you. This is why you can think you're logged out but still get notifications. The only time notifications will cease is if you explicitly log out of the application by clicking the logout button.
Regarding performance, we're also aware of these issues and have a significant effort planned for this quarter to improve the performance of the mobile applications. Once that work is completed, you should see improvement.

Always bugs which take forever to be fixed

I don’t know what is the problem with them but it really seems like they need new programmers. There are simple issues like people are not able to login or people are not able to switch to another device and you’ve been told by the support that they will be updating a system and by next week there should be a new working version However the next week to situation will be the same. The support will always send you links to videos which don’t show the reality and are useless. Therefore the system is very unreliable and I would not recommend anybody to switch to Alice.
