Worthless (see update-my fault)

I’m a new member of the Alignment Healthcare system. When I got my new member ID I downloaded and signed into this app using new membership info. No immediate problems back then. This month login problems started surfacing. App consistently saying “login failed” when using (not)correct iCloud stored membership passwords, which will work with the online web portal. Still no joy after deleting app and resetting password. It worked well initially… and it’s worthless now.

(Update: I found the problem and have updated to 3 stars. When setting up the new Alignment account online (with laptop) iCloud keyword stored a temporary password to get through the process. The AHC app was auto-populating the wrong password. Works well now. )

As you noted in your update, autofill for passwords functionality is managed in your device settings. If you reset/update your app password, it must also be updated in your saved passwords.

Face ID

It keeps skipping like a broken record, so I have to enter my password I’ve had to do this a few times and I’m tired of it. Are you ever going to have a fix on this bug, I would appreciate it please…

Update: A fix for FaceID has been released. Please download the updated version v2.0.5 and try again.

Hello Emcee342, sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with Face ID. To help with troubleshooting, we would like to get more details:

- What version of iOS are you running?
- What device are you using?
In the meantime, we suggest you update to the latest iOS version (16.2) and/or disable Face ID for this app.

You can also use your device’s Password (Autofill) feature, so you don’t have to manually enter your login credentials every time.

New member here! This app is so user friendly theres everything i needed on the app and I was able to pay my bill on time. So far, I don't see any problems using the app.
