It’s a beautiful day to be Alive! Alive is a fitness and wellness app by Whitney Simmons. Whitney has shared her personal fitness journey and workouts for many years and has now designed programming to help women with their journeys. Whitney has a passion for empowering women to shape the best versions of themselves mentally and physically. This app does just that with programs and daily workouts curated to challenge and push you to your limits, to help you get into the best shape of your life and reach your fitness goals.
Alive was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Alive community in the process.
Alive includes 4 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals.
Alive includes plenty of daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do.
The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way!
Subscriptions / Alive Premium
Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, Monthly and Annually. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium provides full access to the app including all programs and daily workouts.
Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

What a great app to be ALIVE!!
I’ve been following you since 2017, and your workouts have always been FIYAH. BUT......GIRL.....This app is everything I’ve ever wanted in a workout app!! I am absolutely LOVING the Alive Strong program so far and I cannot WAIT to see my results. I KNOW your workouts are going to give me some hot fire flames curves!!! I have three SMALL critiques of your app. These are so very minuscule when you stand them up to how many incredible things there are about your app, but I want to leave a fair and honest review. First off, the play button is just a little difficult to hit sometimes. You have to get it just right to make it work. Secondly, I wish there were a way to customize how long you want your rest periods to be. Maybe make it optional between 30, 60, and 90 seconds? Again this is such a tiny thing, because you can obviously just reach down and hit the “next” button at the 30 or 60 second mark if you want your rest periods shorter. But I digress. Thirdly, I wish there was an option to modify the challenge into four workouts a week, rather than five. Keeping the same workload of the challenge, just re-dividing it into four days rather than five.

SO GOOD WHIT!!
First of all WOW! I have been using the alive app for awhile now. I love the workouts and they are very nicely set up and easy to navigate. They make me feel strong and accomplished! Recently since I am staying at home away from the gyms I have done a few days of the new alive inside program. Let me just say, these are CHALLENGING. I started working out consistently 5 times a week about three months ago. I bet there is a lot of people like me who had to work really hard to create the habit of going to the gym weekly. When all this craziness hit and the gyms shut down, I was so worried about losing my progress and goals that I have set. I have been using the alive app ever since it came out and decided to open it back up to do a dumbbell only workout that I have previously done at my gym. I was pleasantly surprised to see that whit released an at home program. It it set up so perfectly and truly helps me stay motivated and organized. (Which is very important for me). It even lays out my rest days. Which is awesome. I love how these workouts aren’t overkill and too long. The workouts aren’t boring and don’t make you “hate” home workouts. Which I always used to say. With that being said they do still get the job done. Your amazing! Thanks whit! ❤️
My soulmate workout!
This workout was recommended by my best friend and to be honest, I had my doubts. I’ve tried ebooks and other home workouts and I’ve struggled to stick with it. With quarantine, the workouts were just not working for me and bored me. BUT I LOVE WHITNEYS APP! I’ve been using her app 5 days a week for 5 weeks now and it is amazing. It’s so easy to follow, some days I only have to workout for 20 minutes, and you have 10-20 second breaks in between the workout moves!!! It keeps me on a schedule with a variety of cardio and strength training. And I’m a little dramatic so I like to wear my matching gym shark apparel while I workout with Whitney so I can feel like Whitney! Haha!!! It is a little pricey but compared to my old gym membership price, I’m not complaining. I’m lucky I have a gym in my complex so I cancelled my gym membership!! But I’ll stop rambling. Try it for one week free and see if you like it! If it doesn’t work for you, then move on. But if it does, you will see results (with proper diet, of course) and feel absolutely ALIVE!!!
