في التطبيق تم حجز موعد استلام من الساعه ٩ صباحا الى ٢ ظهرا … تواصل معي المندوب الساعه ٧ مساءا !! ان راح يجي الساعه ٨
طبعا جات الساعه ٩.٣٠ ومافي اي احد جا يستلم
تواصلت مع المندوب وبلغني ان راح يجي الساعه ١٠.٣٠ مساءا ! يعني انا استنيت كل اليوم في البيت من دون فائدة
اللي يقهر اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء وكان الرد جداااااا سئ ! ( استني وراح يجيك المندوب متى ما يجي ) يعني لا تعويض ولا خصم ولاشي !
واعتقد راح يجيني المندوب الساعه ١٢ الليل
الرجاء مراعاة جدول العميل الزمني و عدم التاخير والتواصل مع العميل في حالة التاخير !
