I have an issue with my right eyelid as I approached my 50’s with it resting on my eye lashes. Was contemplating having eye surgery. Was talking about this with one of my daughters that was already experimenting with Botox. She had suggested for me to try this first before I do such an invasive thing by going under the knife messing with my eyes. When I say this has been a life changer for me is an understatement. Not only has it helped my eye but also cured any headaches that I had previously gotten and has improved my appearance by 15 yrs younger. Botox is amazing. I am so thankful I have added this to my life. Alle has so many other treatments and products to help with your everyday life/ health, it really is amazing. Sincerely, Tina G.

Why are people so willing to waive their right to medical privacy just to score some rewards? The App tells you they collect this information and share it and you must acknowledge and agree your sensitive info will not be protected by HIPAA. I wanted to decline but accidentally hit the wrong button on the next screen. I’m a doctor. I would never agree to share my medical information. They make it very hard to cancel your account. You can’t do it in the app. You must “request” they do it for you. They will not communicate with you. They will not acknowledge they’ve processed your request. This is a terrible business model. Professionally I will never condone nor work with this company. Keep your rewards Alle. I’ll pay full price before I sell myself to you.

I originally wrote this poor review below -I had a coupon I had been saving for my next appointment and it was not expired - my BD app went automatically to Allē - so I merged my account with no problem and figured my coupon would still be honored - BUT I no longer have it ...and it says I need more points for rewards - use your coupons BEFORE merging accounts - once you merge accounts it’s too late :( The app may work fine - but to trick your customers into thinking it’s an upgrade is insulting.UPDATE: What I found out when I went to my appointment was the opposite- my benefit of the coupon was indeed there and I used it that day - the doctors office handled all of it for me. They also explained the app more and that the benefits and rewards have actually been increased and have a longer life vs Brilliant Distinctions. Once I was more versed with the changes I saw that this is better rewards program than before and is a lot less work on our part to use!! I would definitely recommend this app!!!!
The app is still bugged and shuts down randomly and on certain pages it just won’t let me view - including the “how it works” page. I got allergan implants and would love to claim the rewards but its not possible on app or website. The only thing the app/site does is promote doctors to try to sell you on getting more procedures, but once you get those procedures, how do you even get the rewards points? I would never use a rewards app to find a doctor, I only wanted it because I am getting the implants anyways, might as well get the rewards for it. They dont have a chat line or an email either which is crazy in 2018... they expect you to hand write and post mail letters to ask your questions or call the hotline which redirected me to the HK jockey club. I have been trying to find any access to customer service reps via linkedin, google search etc but I will also ask here.... so I got an allergan product, how do I let the app know in order to claim the rewards? Please update the app so it is possible to access the rewards function once getting the procedure
The old program was great. If you were in your 20s and a Botox user only, you got bonus dollars after so many treatments and maintained A-list or whatever the top tier status was pretty easily.Now, unless you do several Botox appointments in the year, only treating one area at a time, it’s next to impossible to maintain A-list status. The new program is designed to force people to use fillers to meet their point requirements when there’s lot of people who don’t want fillers. Oh and did I mention what their new top tier status called A-list gets you. NOTHING! No more bonus dollars, no more perks, all gone. Just non-expiring points, which I was just told is also a lie even though their terms and conditions say points don’t expire, I’ve been an A-lister for years and apparently my points expire. The app is crap as well, you can’t can’t see this new expiration detail, you can’t see if and when your A-list status was renewed or extended another year, there’s no customer service by email. Only phone # and a basic M-Fr 8-5hrs when EVERYONE else in the U.S. works and when you do reach someone they give you different answers, which is why I prefer email to provide proof of what was told to me. Just another money hungry company, finding ways to lose customers. Wonder how far they will take this crap of a program and app before they lose so many customers they bleed dry in money.

9-23 - Still won’t open. The app was working perfectly until the latest update. I’ve deleted it numerous times and reinstalled it along with shutting down my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I just get a blank screen. Nothing comes up. When it works it’s great. I did call the company and sent a screenshot. I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max and it doesn’t work on this phone either. The company has been wonderful and reached out to me and they’re still trying to figure out the issue. Today is October 10 and it still doesn’t work. I’m giving them 3 stars right now because the company is really trying. Once it works they’ll get a 5 because they have tried more than any other company that I’ve dealt with since I’ve had the iPhone 3S. Thank you.
