Out of all the calendars out there, this one has more of the functions I'm looking for, some examples: I can start the year on the month I want which is great, color the days according to my needs, even to add my own picture to the background... many different icons for different events, etc. Couple of things I think would make this calendar even better and would go on top of all; needs a alarm to remind you of specific events, would love if you could also get just the month view. Also if you creat another calendar for different use such as; one for school year the other maybe for work related things, you cannot use different background pictures.

I like that I can mark up the calendar with color codes, and I like that you can list details, set alerts, and have it synch with the other calendar on the iPad. But...When I try to email the notes (a list of special dates or events that I've marked on the calendar), it only gives me the first few, including ones that have passed. I should have the ability to choose a time period (such as July 1, 2012 through September 15, 2012) and have all the notes I've marked on the calendar during that time frame be listed in order in an email or have the ability to save and print it in a list format.This app has potential and I look forward to updates. I hope the designers read this!

I use many calendar apps, but this one is be far my favorite. Scheduling meetings, commitments, etc. is much easier because I can see the entire year at once. I love that I can mark particular days that need to stand out as very important. And, I love that I can enter a note for each day. So many options.. I can just change the color of a day or days in a row to signify, say vacation time. Or I can add one of many icon styles or colors to signify a specific day of period of time. It's just so versatile. It syncs seamlessly between itself and my other calendars. I couldn't ask for more. It has definitely become my GoTo Calendar. Great Job!

Important note for those who don't like the fact that the iPad calendar doesn't allow for saving reoccurring events by day of the month, i.e.,every first Thursday. This app does! It takes the native iPad app and ADDS THAT FEATURE!!! For those with monthly meetings this means that you do not have to add them every single month. It populates your calendar for forever! In addition, I am a color coder and this app allows for that too, as well as being able to see the entire year. This allows for advance planning for the entire year!

This is my home screen, first app on the iPad.I love the way it looks and I love the way it works! At a glance, you get a birds-eye view of your schedule for the year; giving you a perspective of the flow of events in your life. It's seamless integration with the iPads contacts and the calendar apps, allow you to capture the critical events in as much detail as you want.The user is also given a great deal of artistic freedom; with control over the looks and appearance of the background picture and density and colors, your are able to personalize the way the app works.Love it!

While I appreciate the basic functionality of marking an yearly calendar, this app lacks many obvious features such as cloud support or import/export. When I moved to the new ipad, itunes for some reason did not bring over the data for this app and now I have no recourse to restore the data. Most my other apps have Dropbox or iCloud support so this should not even be an issue. Also the fact that you only get 2 calendars for 4.99 and have to pay a dollar per extra calendar is quite greedy for a 5 dollar product. I am surprised not more calendar apps haven't integrated this functionality.

Adding to my original review: been using this for six or seven years now, I think, and it remains as I first reviewed: Intuitive and seamless, it allows you to communicate easily with anyone, and just the information you want to share. Worth the price to plan vacations, days off, family events and more. Nicely done.I also use it to track cycles of different kinds, conferences and to plan the year so events don’t overlap if I can help it. Keep up the great work!

I use this for long range calendaring and like it very much. It seems unique and as a visual person, I benefit a lot from the powerful display options. The few things I find awkward are minor and due to me forgetting. I can't think of another program that works this way and enjoy the creative results. However, I really need to view my calendars on my iPhone which i believe is coming. I'll give it 5 stars when I find that feature.

I've looked all over & purchased all kinds of calendar apps looking for one that would help to keep records & notes of child custody visits. This one is perfect for everything I needed. And when & if I needed it printed or emailed it prints or emails all the details I need. I love how you can edit each date just how you need it with different shapes & colors too. Totally works well for everything I need it for (it's like I wrote the app for myself) 😉

This is a really great calendar app!!! It can do a lot and is easy to start to use. I think it can do some more things even beyond my initial use...I have only had it about 3 days & I am still getting more adept at using it quickly. I don't like complicated obnoxious and intrusive apps. There are a lot of apps I would not like, but this one I would recommend to anyone who wants to keep tabs of things on a calendar.
