The application was perfect, until i turned on my lights and realized half of them are a completely different color than the others. Red, green, and yellow are all colors that work across the set, but if i put on blue, light blue, or magenta, the colors either turn off on half of it or they go to a different color. There’s no troubleshooting button (as afar as I’m concerned) so theirs no way for me to get answers or a way to fix them. Brand new.

Just recently downloaded this i use fairy lights in my car and these have the best customization features i have seen of any fairy lights i just wish for the music mode could have the option to customize which color to use and how bright I can make the lights when they sync to music and the same brightness option would go perfect with the different scene modes because I can customize the speed but i cant seem to change the brightness if I could be able to do that this app would be flawless

Soo guys I see a lot of you saying that these lights don’t work well guess what I went through the same thing at first they did not work at all then a few days later only one half worked all you need to do is check your power and the reason why only one half worked is beca there is ops certain way you have to move the white cord in the one that does not work also make sure that you put each white cord in the rights leds I hope this helps🌚
