Very good, easy to use

This app is very simple and allows the users to take photos of bills, invoices, and submit. It’s very useful, has a quick interface with the insurers, who in turn process claims relatively quickly. The benefits guide is very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to allow the user to upload photos from their own photo gallery rather than having to take a picture each time. All-in-all, I highly recommend this app.

Handy and convenient app helps you stay on top of your medical care

I love the invoice submission portal. Insurance is quick to process my claims once I have submitted them through this app. Sometimes there are glitches but they are usually quick to be resolved. The one frustrating experience I have had is that when I submitted a claim to be processed and the color changed to indicate a status change, it specified that more information was needed. Well, at this point I had submitted too many claims to know which invoice this request referred to. I have to call customer service to ask them to look at my records to see for which claim more information is being asked, as this information is not accessible on the app. Definitely a chore. Otherwise, great idea and conception.

Bugs Fixed

The app is usable again and bugs were fixed. Face ID works perfectly and app looks great on iPhone 12 Pro Max. I hope you will also add support for dark mode in the future updates.
