Got food intolerances, allergies or sensitivities? With ALLiCANEAT, you can quickly see which foods and products fit your personal needs.
Do you have a lactose, fructose, histamine, gluten, sorbitol, salicylic acid or FODMAP intolerance? Or do you also want to keep an eye on allergies and sensitive ingredients such as cow’s milk, egg, soy, wheat, fish, crustaceans, nuts, sulphites, benzoates, glutamate or aspartame?
ALLiCANEAT adjusts to your individual intolerances, allergies and sensitivities and calculates a personal tolerance rating for each food. You can combine several factors at once – for example lactose, fructose, histamine, gluten, sorbitol, FODMAP, cow’s milk, egg, soy, wheat, tree nuts or additives.
Search quickly for specific foods and use the simple traffic light system – green, yellow, orange and red – to see which foods are more suitable for you and which ones you may want to be more careful with.
You can also scan product barcodes. ALLiCANEAT checks the available product data and shows how well the product matches your selected intolerances, allergies and personal settings.
Browse categories such as beverages, fruit, dairy products, grain products or sweets, or filter foods by traffic light color – for example to show only green and yellow entries.
For many foods, ALLiCANEAT also provides detailed information, including lactose, fructose, glucose, histamine, sorbitol, salicylic acid, amines, amino acids, the fructose-glucose ratio, histamine liberators, DAO inhibitors and other relevant properties.
If you tolerate a food better or worse than suggested, you can save your own personal rating and adapt ALLiCANEAT even more closely to your everyday life.
