App does not load unless on vpn

Nothing loads in the app unless connected to vpn. Same for the website. A plain white screen is displayed with no feedback or indication of app activity. The app could include a disclaimer or more information about why it could not connect to the servers.

Deeper iOS integration, like notifications and FaceID, are desirable.

The app looks good. Interface is intuitive. Similar to the website. Lots of potential once the bugs get cleaned up and the company’s service offering continues to mature.

I debated getting this a year ago and finally did. It was easy to setup with all my accounts and devices. It hasn’t been updated in over a year. The app could use a lot more work considering it is from Allstate it should be amazing. I look forward to them putting a lot more work and time into it!

Needs to be more functional

As a basic information platform, this app works ok but would be much better if you could perform monitoring functions.
For example, the LifeLock app, which is where I have transferred from, sends alerts/notifications from the app, with a link back to the alert that you can then respond to. This allows someone to manage their alerts on the fly instead of having to log into the web account to do the same thing.

Crap app!

The app is pretty much worthless! Can’t add extra email addresses to be monitored. Everytime I try to add family I get an error message that something went wrong, try again later. Also what do you do with the limited info that you have a breach!? Really? There should be some thing beyond requesting to have the company delete your data. Which BTW doesn’t work 75% of the time.

No issues encountered

I am a software analyst and have been “testing” this app comparing it with the internet access and have not encountered any issues. I am very satisfied with the performance and see no differences from the app and internet.

Can’t login on app after latest update

After the latest app update, I can’t login to my account from the iOS app. After entering my credentials and entering the passcode sent by text message, I always get “Sorry, we are unable to access your account” screen.
I can login to my account from my laptop web browser, so this appears to be a bug in the app.

Basic to begin with, unusable after update

The app was nothing special to start with, but now it won’t even allow me to login. I am wondering what I am even paying for that I can’t get elsewhere. AllState doesn’t even work to remove personal information from people finder websites and such (which have no business even existing, all they do is sell people’s personal information without their consent, they profit off harassment and ID theft).

Under dark web monitoring I wish there was a feature that said the monitoring was active. Also I hope that there will be more dark web monitoring categories other than having to click “other” to monitor other info that isn’t offered under the main categories.

This app is a joke

Glitchy, can’t remove what its found in you, no way to cancel subscription. No way to add gmail account as it will have a loading screen forever. Can’t add more than 1 email. While other, cheaper options can find 70 website on you and will let you remove it, this will find 8, glitch, crash, and you won’t be able to cancel your subscription

Not impressed (previous LifLoc member)

Giving this a try because my employer provided such a good deal. During the set up process it told me it wouldn’t monitor my 13yr old credit because she shouldn’t have any. I know that but how will I be alerted if anyone is attempting to use her credit fraudulently before she can DUH

The low balance alert won’t go below $500. Well sorry I’m not blessed to keep $500 in ALL of my accounts regularly. Thanks for reminding me.

The email alerts unlike LifeLoc do NOT have a link to the website in order to address the alert quickly.

If they weren’t ready to put some real thought into this, what was the point
