TSC Neighbor’s Club membership

Extra magazine is great. However, I can’t access the Extra! Library from the app without paying for the issues, even though it is suppose to be free with my TSC Neighbor's Club membership. I get a reminder in an email every month when new magazine comes out with instructions on downloading app…???

“Don't forget that your Neighbor's Club membership gives you exclusive "extra" access to our EXTRA! library of past issues.”

So 3 stars for a promise not fulfilled in the app.

Great Magazine, people with access problems follow directions!

This is a wonderful magazine and a great reference tool and such a nice gift from tractor supply to give to neighbor club members. I have noticed several people saying that this was supposed to be a free subscription but everything is paid only, however these people are not reading the directions that were sent to them on how to subscribe for their free subscription. It appears that way at first but then when you actually go into my account and enter the email address that is on file with tractor supply that you received the invitation with, when you go back into the main section you will see that you can download several of the previous issues, and if you click on your account again, it no longer asks for email but now tells you when your subscription expires. For example I can now download several months of issues along with several free issues and when I click on my account it now Says my subscription expires February 2019. Just trying to help and thank you again to tractor supply

Failure to load

I subscribed to this app in October 2020 expecting to be able to read a new issue each month. Once the November issue appeared as available for download I tried to open it. Whenever I click on the November issue, it automatically loads the October issue instead. I have tried removing the October issue from my device, and I have tried removing and re-installing the app, neither of which resolved the issue. I am sorry to write a review instead of contacting the app developers directly about this issue, but I could not find anywhere to contact. I hope this issue can be resolved and I can receive all of the issues I subscribed to, as I really like the content. If a resolution can be made I will change this rating.

Hello Shane297, We did have a temporary problem with the November issue which was corrected around the time of this review. I apologize for your frustration, it should have resolved itself automatically, however, if it didn't you can refresh the issues by clicking on the cog icon in the upper right and clicking "Missing issues??" I'm also sorry you couldn't find a way to contact us. In the future please click on the "App Support" link on itunes. This leads you to a page where you can either email us or submit Support form (click red button in lower left). Sincerely, Paul
