احذر تطلب استلام من المستودع
رأيت بعد مواعيد الاستلام وطلبت استلام من المستودع لأن الفرع ( المعرض) قريب جدا مني فقلت يمكن اقدر أستلم من الفرع القريب أو يكون المستودع قريب ولما رأيت مكان التسليم بأقصى مكان بجنوب الرياض بالدار البيضاء حاولت أغير إلى تسليم إلى موقعي والتطبيق لا يستجيب يقول خطأ برقم الجوال وأحيانا نقص بالبيانات مع أني عبيت جميع الحقول اتصلت على خدمة العملاء وقالت الموظفة لازم تصبر ٢٤ ساعة ثم تغير مكان التسليم ونفس المشكلة التطبيق سيء لا يستجيب فذهبت لاستلامه وبعد عناء الطريق زحمة على شباك علشان تطبع الفاتورة ثم تذهب إلى مكان التسليم والمشكلة الأكبر طبع لي فاتورتين لكل جهاز فاتورة واحد أستلمه منهم والجهاز الآخر أستلمه من مكان يبعد ٢٥ دقيقة عن هذا المستودع بمستودع على طريق البحرية وكانت معاناة لن تتكرر إن شاء الله وكتبت هذه المراجعة علشان يحذر القارئ من الاستلام من المستودع مع أني قابلت عاملين هناك محترمين حصلت أخ يماني في المستودع الأول وأخ مصري في المستودع االثاني مستودع ٥ وكلهم محترمين في تعاملهم
أسوأ شركة على وجه الارض
ادارة فاشلة والغيت فاتورة من عندهم وشهرين لم يتم استرداد المبلغ حتى الان!!!
