Catherine Collins is the best manager ever!!!
Since I had a problem with my shipping status and was waiting 2 weeks to get my pants, I went to the Alo store and the manager said I would solve your problem, but nothing was resolved. When I came a second time, Catherine said she would check everything and then gave me all the information I needed.

I was surprised that the navigating through Alo’s app was only moderately intuitive. Also at checkout the pay option buttons seemed visually close, and when I accidentally touched Apple pay instead of PayPal, it started to process the payment (I’m assuming this because the message that suddenly came up was “processing.”) So moving on to the good: search and scroll for items were quick and images and descriptions were helpful. I was glad there was an option to find out more on the FIT of each item.
