Bad design?

Tried to fill out profile questions after downloading app onto iPhone. Fields went off bottom of screen - no scroll capability.
Gave up and tossed app into memory trash - re-opened. Worked to buy a wash.
I Do Not want to fill out info about my car etc. just need to buy a wash and vacuum.

No household setting

Love the car wash. Best there is. However, I’m paying way too much in the membership if my wife isn’t allowed to wash the car while she’s out running errands. It should allow for both of us to use the membership. I understand locking it so it’s not being shared with a bunch of people, but it should allow for 2.

App stole my car wash

In an effort to keep my phone from going to sleep, I tapped the screen. That registered as “wash complete” and I couldn’t find a way to get back to the barcode. I ended up having to buy a second wash with my debit card instead of the credit I used for the first one. Also, the barcode scanners are useless.
