App is unreliable.

Often cannot login very poor quality. Bring the QA to the US where we do better quality

Unreliable

It’s a great idea, but the app is often nonfunctional. Repeated login screens with an error message make me think their backend must be down a lot. I’ve emailed support, and they’re looking at it, but for how long? What stinks is that this was a key differentiator for me when I bought an Alor Air dehumidifier. Had I known the app would be broken most of the time I wanted to use it, I probably would have gotten something else.

Can’t even create an account

It seems like the submit button on the account creation page doesn’t work. It doesn’t give any response to a click. Almost like it is just an image and not actually defined as a button.
