Received an ad on Pinterest for an outlet sale of an ALPAKA gear item. After reviewing the item on Pinterest, and then on the website, I proceeded to purchase the item, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fabric, the material, and the EDC utility of the item. Will definitely be returning to purchase more full-size items instead of sling bags, because of how well this fits with my lifestyle. Would highly recommend to others who are looking for accessory bags to carry multiple items.

I already have three bags I have two the pouch but one of the pouches I lost so I just got one couple weeks ago you make very good products and plus I was to look for stuff is waterproof because I am I am I am a disabled person so that I look for things as waterproof double tap my electronics in I’m going to buy some more stuff the next order I’m gonna buy some mask

I’ve enjoyed my sling purchases from them, but sadly lost my magnetic ring peice it came with, which is not the hub keychain. I had to use the website and not the app to find a way to ask a question about getting it replaced. Will update if there is better news but they have been helpful after you use their website not their app.

I’ve been for a while now following your website and I got to say that the variety you have is unmatched: this coming from someone who collects backpacks, slings and wallets. I have the wallet and a sling and now I’ve ordered a new max sling. Super stoked with all your cool gear! And happy you now have an app.

Really enjoy the app, a lot easier to use it instead of the mobile web option. However, I noticed there’s no “refer a friend” or “rewards” section. I like to keep track of my rewards and be able to gain some. Curious if I purchase from the app will I even obtain some.

The overall app is ok with the exception of the Alpaka grey background image that shows up everywhere when you are browsing product images AND if you are on an iPhone 13 mini, the image is cut off. Makes me want to browse on desktop instead of mobile. I’m sure the app will continue to improve over time.
