I need app support!

Love the products. However the last two weeks I have had issues w/ the app. It is taking forever to load soo not able to edit order as easily. If this continues I will need to pause my service.

Sorry to say that Alpenrose delivery service is not the wonderful service I had hoped it would be and, after only 2 weeks I am cancelling.
I learned today that the chosen delivery schedule of every other week (EOW)means every week to the delivery team, unless I go on the site and choose to skip a week. This confusing format also means that items I have selected for EOW delivery come on the dairy’s determination.
To make this even harder to understand is that items added the day before will come promptly but items placed on the “standing order” get shuffled to the following week

The customer service was nil. E-mail communication was scripted and, even the eventual human contact was scripted, leaving no room for the employee to state understanding of the confusing order scenario.

Never thought I would be attaching a negative review to anything Alpenrose.

Here’s hoping they can clean up the ordering confusion and keep the name synonymous with good memories.

I'm very sorry for this negative experience. Our system does allow you to set an every other week delivery frequency. I hope you will reconsider canceling service. I encourage you to contact us back to help set up your deliver preferences to meet your needs. The service you have described is not the service we strive to deliver every day, and we'd love the opportunity to make it right.

Easy to use

Great app, I’d love some additional flexibility on ordering schedules. Order an item every 3 or 4 weeks, for example in addition to every 1
or 2 weeks. Also, I’d love it if I could order milk in gallons instead of only half gallons.
