Love Alpine Bank, but this app is frustrating. I’ve had to reset my password multiple times and today, I’m entering the correct information, but it still recognizes it as invalid. If I login to alpine from my regular computer, it works, so I know it’s a problem with the app. I really want to mobile deposit a few checks, but I guess I’ll have to go to the bank. Please fix this!!!

Hi Jill, This is most likely a Cookie or Session issue with your phone. It sounds like your phone is retaining some data from before the password change so it’s still looking for the old password. If you clear your cache/cookies it should resolve the issue. Feel free to give us a call us if you like and we can walk you through clearing cache/cookies on the phone.
Not so good
Unfortunately this latest update doesn't seem to work with the iPhone Touch ID. If you figure out how to log out which you always had to do before you can only log in with your password and ID number. You have to go looking for the log out button when it use to be at the top on all pages. So now I'm confused as to whether I'm supposed to log out or just close the program. What give here???? If you just leave the app without logging out then the app will "time out" and the Touch ID will work on your next log in. I'm not sure this is a great idea security wise. So guidance from Alpine would be nice.

It would appear that I’m not the only one as the above was already written went I went to leave my thoughts. It would be nice if someone would address this issue please. I’ve been a customer of Alpine for many years and love the bank
This App is a joke
Just like everyone has expressed, this APP is a joke and a waste of time. It constantly says the Password is incorrect when it’s not. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App does absolutely nothing. Clearing cooking and all that BS also does nothing. As far as I’m concerned, switching banks all together it’s where I am at. Alpine is forcing its customers to only use the APP and its complete garbage. Alpine had no problem taking your money while giving you know way to access a simple bank account. How about you invest in some quality applications? This customer is taking this business elsewhere.
