Useless
Never have I ever experienced such a useless app. You can’t even control any of the functionality through the app and it doesn’t give you any information about your headphones i.e. battery life, being able to switch between music and noise cancellation seamlessly etc 😐. Probably will delete.
Customer Support
A lot of people are complaining because they used this app to tweak their speaker usage as advertised and it does not work. (Which is fair), but I downloaded this app to get technical support with my speaker. They solved the problem right away. I’m pleased. 🤷🏼♀️
Adds Nothing
I was really hoping that a company like Altec Lansing would have a killer app that would add some sound dynamics to my headphones, but no such luck. First, it requires a serial number, which my headphones did not come with. So, I just put a random number just to get the app working. Turns out, I didn’t really need it, because the app adds nothing. Links to promo videos and basic info that I could easily get from their website. Don’t bother.
