Altus v3.0.4 — Elevating Your Training Experience We’ve taken another big step forward in making Altus smarter, sleeker, and more motivating than ever. The home screen has been refreshed to align with the clean design introduced in our nutrition update (v3.0.3). Health tracking issues have been resolved, ensuring more accurate and consistent data. The workout tab has received its most significant update yet. A new intensity calendar allows you to visualize progress with a grid-style design inspired by GitHub commits—the darker the square, the stronger the session. The active workout screen has been reimagined, with redesigned boxes for RPE, weight, and reps that now use color coding for easier tracking. The “Today’s Workout” tile is smarter than ever: green when in progress, light blue on rest days with tailored suggestions, and dark blue to highlight your upcoming session.
