Save your money

This is such a poorly imagined, designed and executed app - I can't imagine that anyone would find this helpful. I purchased because was recommended in an article I read. Save your money!

So Worth It! Like my own personal food therapist!

At its most basic level, this app walks you through how to have a healthy relationship with food by listening to your body. The app goes above and beyond by helping you find the exact root of why your relationship with food is what it is, and the app poses questions every step of the way so that you can train yourself to truly eat mindfully.
I thought I knew what eating mindfully meant before I bought this app but after using it for a few days, I realize it goes much deeper and WOW already see and feel so much of an improvement! Definitely going to keep this app on my phone forever. So grateful for this tool.

Amazing

This is my favorite app. It seriously works. I use it when eating most of my meals and it has really got me thinking about what I’m doing and controlling how much I eat to a satisfied level verses a full or binging level. I am losing weight from it too and gaining mental clarity from taking control. Looooove this app. Also buying the books. Thank you to the team who made this 🙌🏽
