I have been using her Pilates app for about 1.5 years. I am now a firm believer in doing Pilates to help improve body pain. Everyone who has back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, etc should consider adding Pilates to their fitness routine. Amanda’s workout routines have been crucial in helping me stay active. She has multiple programs to follow (just in case you get bored or you want a regimen to follow), short classes (6 min is the shortest), standing exercises that test your balance, etc. She has tutorials as well. She consistently gives instructions how to properly do the exercise throughout her workout. She focuses on basics and proper form. I wish I was more consistent, as I haven’t been prioritizing time for myself and just let my tiredness and work schedule keep me from being consistent. When I consistently do a workout each day, I feel better. When I first started, it took a full month for me to really notice that my chronic knee pain and instability was improving (tore acl in Right and meniscus and MCL in Left). Now I notice a difference after a week or two, if I take a long break (2 weeks of doing nothing). If you were an athlete and had any injury, Pilates is the way to go. Even if you weren’t an athlete and just want to improve your life and how your body feels, Pilates is the way to go. Amanda’s app is great. I have really enjoy it. I definitely recommend it to any patients or friends that tell me about their journey in fitness.

TLDR: these videos are SO good, Amanda is such a great instructor and her cues are amazing, and there is such a wide variety of workouts or whole programs to do no matter what season of life you’re in, or whether you’re looking for a tough longer workout or quick slow stretchy routine.I started using this after a humbling postpartum experience and realizing how weak my core was and just how poor my overall body mechanics were (despite years of weightlifting training!) my pelvic floor PT recommended I try Pilates and finding this app was truly life changing. I started doing the postpartum series at 5 months pp and figured I would just do that for 2 months and see if it helped… it’s now almost a year later and I’m still subscribed because I love it so much. I do around 4 workouts a week plus some weight training. I feel so much stronger and more stable in my day to day life. It’s so much easier to have a consistent workout routine (especially as a mom) when the workouts are quick to set up in your living room and when you like the instructor who teaches them!

First off, I love Amanda as a person, as a mother, and as a fitness instructor. I’ve lost count how many apps and programes I’ve tried, but this is the first one that I whole heartedly enjoy getting to do daily. I’m 11 months postpartum with my second baby and we spend a lot of our days at home so these classes feel like I get to hang out and socialize with a mom friend. The flows are fun, she gives easy cue’s to follow (which is helpful for the classes I need my phone out of reach from baby), and modifications so I’m never hurting. The app is also really easy to use and I love that I can start a program (currently Revive 2025) and it keeps track so every time I open the app it knows which video for me to start next. The calendar feature is also so helpful for days I want a second workout I can just watch the class selected for that day. But as a whole I just really enjoy these workouts because of who Amanda is as a person and the progress and growth I’ve felt from these classes. 🩷

I started Amanda’s Pilates classes at 3 months PP after having 3 kids in less than 4 years. I always used to focus on cardio & HIIT classes but knew I needed to strengthen EVERYTHING while being gentle on my body. I have been consistent for 18 months and I am down 20 lbs and more importantly I am strong. I’m in my pre pregnancy clothes & looking fit. Her classes vary in length which is great for a SAHM. I can do some quick burners with my kids or longer classes during nap. She sets a weekly schedule to foster consistency and you can earn badges to hold you accountable. The weekly schedule helps me with classes I wouldn’t traditionally pick but I do because it is programmed for me which I think really helped me stay consistent! She also hosts challenges around times when you typically fall of the wagon (holidays, summer, etc). The app itself works wonderful but she is the reason I keep opening it. She is so knowledgeable and the cues are constant throughout class helping with my form. I cannot recommend enough!
