Amazing Dance Yoga Studio潔欣舞蹈瑜珈教室，位在新北市中和區南勢角，是一間占地80坪以上的教室，擁有兩層樓、一間私人課程教室、一間高空課程教室、一間可容納20人以上的團體課程教室。專業授課老師超過20位以上，一個月提供團體課程超過100堂以上。已在南勢角深耕服務超過10年。

•團體課程提供:
1. 舞蹈課程包含:流行MV、街舞、肚皮舞。
2. 瑜珈課程包含:火箭瑜珈、初學者瑜珈、核心瑜珈、陰陽瑜珈、流動瑜珈、瑜珈療癒、TRX YOGA、正念陰瑜珈等。
3. 空中瑜珈包含:適合初學者的空中專班、高級空中花式串聯作品班、空中流動、低空療癒等空中瑜珈課程。
4. 健身類課程包含:TRX、NTC、UAT、循環訓練、女神雕塑系列健身課程。
5. 有氧類課程包含:ZUMBA、SEXY DANCE、戰鬥有氧等。
6. 修復類課程包含:Gyrokinesis嬋柔、Pilates彼拉提斯等。
7. 兒童類課程包含:兒童街舞、啦啦舞、體操、MV舞、可愛肚皮舞、芭蕾律動等。
•私人課程提供:
一對一、一對二、私人包班。項目包含瑜珈、健身、體適能、減重、舞蹈表演、樂齡修復、孕期前後私人體適能教學等。
