Being compensated after every shift is the BEST! Eliminates hassle of waiting for a pay check/cashing check, no more long bank lines or worrying about bank Hours of operation. Had been a life savor for making payments on time. Highlely recommend!

I love this app and I love this bank! The only thing I would like is for users to be able to select percentages rather than dollar amounts for the vault feature! The issue is my earnings are inconsistent. So if I have a schedule to deposit $50 into a savings vault every week. What if I only EARN $50 that week? That means 100% of earnings will go towards that vault. Rather, being able to allocate percentages of all deposits into designated vaults would be much more practical.

Overall I like the functionality of the app. However, once you receive your deposit, the money is stuck there. You can spend from it the account, but if you want to transfer money to another account, you have to go Plaid. Yes, Plaid! Plaid doesn’t connect and neither Plaid nor Green Dot is useful in helping you get Plaid working. I’ve tried everything and nothing. I can see my account with Plaid but through this app I can’t even connect with Plaid. It’s pointless to have them. You can use Allpoint ATMs but you are limited to $400/day withdrawals. So transferring that way is a gas guzzling and time consuming pain.

This app is very very basic, you can’t access your funds if you don’t have a physical card and so they take the money until you get your card. Big thing at least for me it’s that this app doesn’t support iOS so you can’t access use Apple Pay which is basic. I recommend you to look for something better because this is not good and if you want this only for the cash back just go to the actual apps for the gas stations and there are different apps that offer the same but are better and are compatible with all including iOS.

Sitting on hold for 43 minutes because my card keeps declining but I have just under $70 and opening charges. Ridiculous. Finally speak to someone after an HOUR on hold and was told they’re experiencing technical issues with point of sale transactions and ATM withdrawals. Only got the card for fast access to the money. But not being able to access it, not being able to add it to Apple Pay and having to actually SWIPE the card, inviting fraud, isn’t worth the immediate pay. And the cash back is absolutely minuscule and so not worth it.

Based on reviews I had seen, I was expecting a lot of headaches from this app. At first, I wasn’t impressed since I received an email saying that my card is on the way but in the meantime I can use my digital card by downloading the app, but in order to make an account in the app, I needed my card info… I’ve only made one deposit (via bank transfer) so far, but it took 5.5 days (including Saturday & Sunday) to be made available. My other bank accounts have never taken that long so it was frustrating to have my money in limbo & unusable for so long. However, I used the card for the 1st time yesterday & the transaction was processed through promptly. I appreciate that I get push notifications about my current balance every morning. Also I’m actually very impressed with the fact that the cashback was deposited the very next day after the transaction was made. That fact alone almost made me give 4 stars instead of just 3, but there are still other kinks that need to be worked out before I raise my rating higher.
