The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon and answering surveys.
Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload 10 eligible receipts per month by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to email@example.com. You’ll receive a reward when you submit 10 or more eligible receipts in a month. You will also receive short surveys about brands or products that may be of interest to you and you can earn rewards for each survey you complete.
Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant.
Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and you can stop using the app, sharing receipts, or answering survey questions at any time. You can also delete any uploaded receipts.
The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now. Interested customers who did not receive an invitation can download the app to join the waitlist and will be notified via email if space becomes available.

I like how easy it is to get the $10 every month for my receipts but I’ve only ever received 1 survey to fill out in a month. I constantly check for surveys and don’t understand if I’m missing something or just not getting any surveys? I don’t like how it says you can set up notifications for the surveys but you actually can’t, so that I misleading on the app info. Why aren’t I getting any surveys?
Unable to access Surveys
Beginning today, 12/10, I was no longer able to see surveys. There is a white bubble at the top right corner of the survey tab and when I click it, the Survey info is completely blank. It worked fine yesterday where I could see what I had completed for the month. Now I’m worried I will miss survey opportunities. I also don’t see away to enable push notifications for when the surveys are available. It is not an option (like other apps) when I go to my phone’s settings to enable. Most surveys get stuck and say they can’t upload, then they do.

Can’t recognize obvious receipts
I’m glad to have been invited to participate in this, however the app has a horrible time recognizing receipts. It also doesn’t acknowledge emailed receipts to provide credit for monthly goals. Lack of in-app feedback or assistance other than a phone call is noticeably absent. I expect it’ll get better but for now, it’s an effort in frustration as much as it is anything else. I’ve even submitted cases via phone about app issues and have never heard back. I’ll revise review as app improves.

Hi - Thanks for your feedback. You must forward email receipts to firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address associated with your Amazon.com account. Email receipts must contain the receipt in the body of the email, not in an attachment.
We've also added a new feature to allow you to request a review if you believe a receipt was incorrectly marked as not eligible. First, please upgrade to the latest version of the app. To request a review, go to the specific receipt from either the recent receipts list or your receipt history. The “Request review” option is within the menu in the top right corner of the receipt’s details. Typically, receipts are reviewed for eligibility within 6 hours.
