I’d like to know who else has been with Ambur for years and paid lifetime license fee for software, ( no contract no monthly fees, use as many terminals as you like for same fee,) now being charged monthly fee based on number of registers, this is a preliminary review . I am looking for information
Awful app and customer service
The only thing worse than the app itself is the customer service. Every time there is an update, the app gets worse and worse. When you try and get help, there is at least a 25 minute wait to get through. Then the staff is so incompetent, they have no idea how to solve any problems. They say they will "elevate the problem to a level 2, and a supervisor will call you back." No one ever calls you back. They couldn't care less that the app is causing you to lose money. If you are considering this app DON'T DO IT!!
Never fix anything
Can not do discount without it charging customer sales tax on discount they get back. Always sending a ticket twice so you waste food as you will make food twice, removed all of 2017 as they said needed smaller data base, now it is all missing from Ambur cloud and they have not repaired it in 4 months so as usual they are not going to fix it. Email support is so slow if you have problem it takes half to 2 days to get someone so if it is not working your screwed for days.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
