Why no update to fix face id??? A year!!
Update- now over a year and still no fix for a major bug they’ve known about for ages. I deleted this app because it’s useless until they fix face ID. Clearly it’s NEVER going to be fixed. Might be time to find a new bank that keeps their tech updated. What else isn’t kept up with them? Security? How are we to know? Submitted email about getting constantly locked out of my account when using face id last year. Still no fix. Useless app now having to reset password a million times. No other app has any issue with face id even in middle of night, but they can’t fix this? Do they even have IT people?!?!
A bit buggy
Quite often when I log in, it fails with a notification of “bad request”. Sometimes I get passed this by just trying again, other times I have to quit the app and then try again.
Otherwise the app is generally pretty good and it is great to be able to have my info available from the phone.
It would be nice to have two factor authentication available, using something like Google Authenticator or similar app.
