Where are the app developers???
Please send out an update for existing iOS 13 users. It’s been more than a year since the last update and your site does not list a customer support email or a developer email for inquiring on whether or not this application is supported or dropped. All it does is takes you to the mobile version of your site. It would be nice to have full support of your app on my iPhone 11.
I can’t even log in anymore. I have a list of all my passwords and the one that I use for this banking app doesn’t work.I think to myself “Sure maybe I got it wrong or something I’ll just change it”. So I go to change my password and after I’ve filled out all of my information and go to change the password the app crashes on me and tells me there’s a networking error and I should check my WiFi. I’m sitting not but 5 feet away from my router, but hey maybe it is my internet. So I go through the process again, but this time exclusively using my cell data. This time I put it what I was pretty sure my old password was just to check and see if I really had it wrong. lol and behold I can’t ya that password since it’s my current password. So I try to change it to something else and no crashes again. I try logging in using my password they’ve now confirmed is correct and still get told ya wrong. It’s a shame that a credit union this good has an app this bad. I might have to change banks if I can’t even make payments on my phone.
Mobile deposit has been broken
Really pathetic that there have been no developer updates in 2+ years. This app is totally useless. And as a disabled member I've been counting on being able to use mobile deposit, which hasn’t worked in months. It’s hard for me to get to a branch for my deposits. And still no face ID?? All this is enough reason for me to move to another credit union. I have accounts at Police & Fire too, and their app is working great and their devs upgrade regularly. So come on, AHFCU! Don’t you have enough to pay your devs to keep up like everyone else does? If not, that’s worrisome and I’m going to move my money elsewhere.
