HOW TO USE THE CARD:
Pay for business purchases anywhere American Express® is accepted—up to the amount authorized and within policy. (Contact your Program Administrator for business expense policies.) Use within the dates listed under the “Card Info” tab, as any transactions outside this timeframe—or transactions exceeding the remaining balance—will be declined.
GET CARD DETAILS
Use the “Card Info” tab to locate the Card’s Billing Zip Code, Expiration Date and Security Code as needed for online and in-app purchases.
When your Program Administrator invites you to American Express Go™, you’ll receive two emails in your inbox—a welcome email with instructions on how to download the app, and a separate email containing your enrollment code to register.
In order to register and use the American Express Go app, your company must be an American Express Go customer and must have issued you a Virtual Card. (If your company is not an American Express Go customer, please ask your company's travel manager to get in touch with his/her American Express Account Manager).

Does Not Work for iPhone
I was anxious to see what potential this app had being a card member since ‘91. I have several different Amex Cards for different applications. I was going to see if this app worked with my Amex Business Simply Cash Plus Card/app. Once downloaded I chose the “open” button that now replaced the “Install” button in the App Store. The app just immediately shuts down, closes immediately after turning the screen white. The app is not functional. I have the latest iPhone update on the iPhone XS Max. Would of loved to see it’s described functionality, but simply doesn’t work, which is surprising being two of my “old reliable” businesses(Apple iPhone/Amex).
Worst app ever
This is the worst app I have ever used. It requires you to input your date of birth and you have to choose from a calendar that you can only change month by month. So you have to click the button over 300 times if you are over 30.
I was able to use the app and did not found any log in issue .. I can track the transactions on my card and able to make purchase on the card that has been assigned to me
