McDade. Mr. ,

It’s a good app

This is a good app. I like how the doctor or the PA can send messages saying that the wound looks good and all of that. I do think that there could be some improvements that could be done to make the app even more better. When it comes to taking picture of the wound/incision site on the neck, if they had the button to switch the camera selection. Right now since the incision is on my neck, i have to stand in front of a mirror so that i can see the screen in the mirror to make sure that i can get the camera lined up in the right spot to take the picture. If they had it set up to switch the camera to the front of the phone, it would make it even better. Sometimes it a little tricky to figure out where to go to look at the pre-op instructions and post-op instructions. I do like how it automatically changes from pre-op to post-op because of the set scheduled time of the surgery so that you don’t have to worry about changing it yourself. The other thing that I did notice that after you log in after the surgery, it asks you to put in the appointment date and time for your post-op visit with your doctor. That is nice, but i put the wrong post-op appointment date in, and there is no way to change it in the phone. Can’t even find it. I think that was everything that i can think of. But overall, it is a good app and very helpful. Even when the phone alerts you to do a daily pain scale reminder for the day, and for the picture of the wound or incision site as well. I usually beat the alert about it anyways.
