To use, the app requires a username and password supplied by your IT administrator or AMN Language Services.

• We have extended the start session timeout to address call startup problems observed by some clients.

• We implemented a fix for the call answer issue, reducing instances of black screens during video calls.

Latest version broke speaker phone output

January, 2024. Latest version broke my ability to use this application on my phone. Well the music introduction can come over the speakerphone feature on my phone, the actual Staff translating cannot come over the speakerphone function on my phone. The setting for using external speaker is on. I hope this gets fixed.

Make version public

Useful in some settings. Would greatly improve if you allowed individuals to access the app so they would have it as they encounter various medical professionals.

This is a good relay video service for deaf people and other foreign language who needs an interpreter videophone it has to be only healthcare provider .
