This app isn’t horrible, it allows for some pretty good tasks at your fingertips; for example, you can answer the door, set the alarm, or adjust the household temperature.
One expansion is strongly recommend is in the realm of the doorbell video feed. You have to delete these video clips periodically-manually. In my opinion, there should be a method to either set these to rolling delete after a set (or user defined) period of time, or allow for a “delete all” function rather than having users delete one clip at a time.

We are so disappointed in this service and the app. First of all, the salesman was extremely pushy and would not go away....almost predatory....he would always approach me when I had my back turned and was busy with my dogs, putting them on leashes etc. EVERY time. I told him I was uncomfortable with him coming in my house, as my husband was not home, and he acted so rude like I was a freak. Women get attacked in this very manner all the time!

Second, we had no idea there was a cancelation fee or a contract at all. It was never mentioned. I would have NEVER signed a 5 year contract if that’s what I knew it was. He told us that it was the agreement to pay the fee for our system to be hooked up to the local fire department...Shame on me for just wanting this guy to leave me and my husband alone and for not reading and researching about this company. I definitely learned my lesson.

Third, the app and the equipment they installed NEVER work. The doorbell never rings, never turns on, someone could rob my house and all I would ever be able to see is the back of their head! The camera we put in our backyard NEVER works. Won’t even pick up our dogs when they are in the backyard running like crazy. This company, the app, and all the hardware are complete garbage. I hope this review saves at least someone from making the mistake of going with this company and their products. I hate that we are chained to them with a contract. Biggest regret EVER.

We’ve had this system for 5 years and in those 5 years, we never trust the system. The panel glitches, video limits, and you having to manually turn on video for the doorbell to record every month. We reached out to the company multiple times to get all of this fixed. When we finally had a technician come out to fix all of the issues we were having. He stated we needed a new panel and he would return in a week. He never came back. When we receive a message in regards to how we were feeling about the system. I vented out all the issues we were having and never received a response back. This company is a scam. The salesperson who sold us the system only got into our door because he stated he would be adding to our system with ADT. Later after everything being installed they told us they were a whole separate company. Leading to us being in collection with ADT because AMP Rep told us they would take care of the cancellation fee with ADT and nope another empty promise. We’ve only been with the company for so long due to the point that they automatically renew your contract without asking. And in order to cancel there’s a fee. Trust me, don’t use AMP. Stick to anything else.
