Description
Since 2012 Amsterdam Light Festival has been illuminating the city centre of Amsterdam with unique light artworks. For the twelfth edition we're offering visitors a brand new festival app. The app is a digital addition to one's walking experience, as it contains all the information about the route, artworks, artists, edition theme (LOADING...) and more.
THE FESTIVAL APP
- Via the homepage it is possible to access the menu and the route map.
- The menu contains several subjects, such as practical information, a news and updates blog, nautical rules for private boats and frequently asked questions.
- Via an in-app purchase the route map becomes visible.
ROUTE MAP
- The map contains the locations of all the artworks. Users can swipe between the artwork icons.
- By tapping an icon, more information becomes visible.
- For each artwork there is written information and audio available.
- The information points and festival hub are also indicated.
- In addition to that, users can enable location services and view street names.
