A lot of good new features with updated application. However, I find myself nearly frustrated whenever I log-in via mobile. There needs to be a way to easily and quickly access “Create Receipt.” It would take me 5-10 minutes just to get to the receipt because I have to go here, then there, and scroll, etc...Aside from placing orders, creating a receipt needs to be the second in accessibility.
Second issue, is attaining IBO website under “My account” or “Profile” with a share icon.

Needs a lot of work
The app could be really good, but the navigation is all over the place, certain parts you click on have issues loading or spazzes out and doesn’t allow you to click the bottom you want. Customer management is the worst area this happens in.
Old products “no longer available”or less likely to buy products show up at the top confusing customers and Ibos as if the product doesn’t exist anymore. Customers don’t need to see “no longer available products”. There is no back button.
The app use to log you out every time you went from the products back and forth to the business support part of the app/website, however that seems to be fixed.
The organization of product categories is a bit confusing to. Customers have no idea what to look for sometimes.
It’s good to see your volume amount but you can’t see what the team did volume wise for past months. If you can find it it’s takes several inconsistent and inconvenient steps to do it.
Hopefully they address these issues, but it’s what we got and will make the most of it. Also customer service isn’t good either, they transfer your call to a branch in another country and they can’t help answer basic questions. When you ask for a manager they helps some but still hard to understand. They say they won’t let you be on hold for more than a min or two but I have been on hold way past 10min with no one Checking in. Amway was huge with customer service but that has tanked for some reason. Hope they fix it.
Not even worth one star
For a MOBILE APP-this is terrible. I have had to pull out my laptop every time just to order something because the app is NOT user friendly and is definitely not set up for a pleasant shopping experience. Just as Amway has said in response to ALL of the negative reviews-this app is designed for business support. I guess those of us not building a business anymore but still wanting to purchase the great products are low on the totem pole. I have had to jump through way too many hoops to purchase products. And recently trying to log in feels like trying to get into West Point-shame on you for not prioritizing customers and those that support your products. Your customers deserve a top notch mobile app. I was literally embarrassed to refer customers to the website and app when building the business. 14 years as a customer and I think I’m through. So long. I’m breaking up with you!
