Would love to have the ability to save my bank account to make my payments. Currently have to enter my bank account number, repeat acct number, routing number and name on account each time I make a payment. Also navigating from one field to the next is met with alignment issues for the data to be entered.

I’d be happy to demonstrate to your support or developers the behavior being experienced.

I’m not sure of the purpose of this app. The policy tab only lists auto policies; the remainder of my policies are not listed. The ID card tab just shows some text, and even states that it may not be acceptable proof of insurance. The roadside assistance tab gives you a phone number to call, instead of actually contacting help. Since the app won’t integrate with iOS Keychain, logging in takes me longer than pulling the cards from the glovebox. Maybe one day...

Functionally the app does everything that you need of it. I’m fortunate where I have a good relationship with my agent and can call him on any issues, so I use the app as a way to access my proof of insurance cards. I would rate higher if the app didn’t copy from my messages, per the notification I receive when I log in. Not sure why American National needs copy of my text messages.
