App does not work!
The new app is not allowing me to access the payment center. Every time I get a messages that says “Cookies are blocked by my browser” I haven’t changed my settings since the old app. The cookies are not blocked. How am I supposed to pay my bills. I’ve deleted and installed the new app numerous times and have every button imaginable to on, to accept cookies. If this isn’t corrected, it could be a game changer and I will be looking for a new bank! Highly upset customer!!!!!!
Too many Changed
You change the app too frequently. Now we have the quick look. How can it be a quick look when I have to authenticate it every time I log in. You have my finger print, my phone, my email, my childhood friends and dream jobs. It’s ridiculous. I have a overdraft account but you won’t cash a check I just wrote to the Yardman. If a bill comes thru twice you will honor that, but not the Yardman that I’ve paid every month for 5 years. You had a glitch in the program which paid my mortgage company 3 times on the same day. After working with you, it only paid twice a month. This went on fir 6 months. Customer service decided I should delete all my vendors, scheduled transactions, reminders, etc.. and start over to re-enter. If I have to do that, I’ll renter it at a different bank. 30 years with ANBTX. I’m closing accounts as I move . I realize You must upgrade, but you need better programmers. It doesn’t have to have so many flaws.
Too many changes
They continually make changes causing chaos of funds. They are very helpful, but the software will run the largest amounts through first causing nsf fees on the 6 smaller checks. I'm sure they notify us that they have made changes, but it is written so small to read on a phone that you can't read. They will offer to refund the mistake, but not unless you ask and stay on the phone for a long time. ANB wants to keep offering more and more options like the big boys, but that forces people who are not tech savvy to confusion. Why not have a basic program and if they want premium with ALL the options, charge them more. Boomers, as the young people derrigitirily call us, is 25%. We are not going to keep up. Provide service for us too.
