Set alarms tied to phrases you say out loud—start work, end work, hydrate, or morning rituals. When Anchor rings, speak to dismiss (or hold 20s). Anchor turns your alarm into a short ritual. When it rings, open the app and say your phrase out loud to turn it off. Choose which days it repeats. 3. When it rings, tap the notification if your phone is locked. 4. Hold the button and say your phrase—or hold 20 seconds to dismiss. 5. If most words match, the alarm stops. If not, it keeps ringing. Speaking aloud helps you picture and feel what’s next—not just tap snooze.
