Anchor Maps 4+

This app is a complete lifesaver for my Airbnb guests. We run one of the largest STR’s in Arizona, with the most plus properties in all of Phoenix and are in the top 1% of superhosts in the state. We were lucky to be invited to the pre-release of this app and now use it for every property. It basically gives a real time 3D map of your property, and let’s guest see any information they need. From the location of pots and pans to checkout instructions. Our Customer service loves just saying “click on this link” instead of trying to explain the ins and outs of each property!

It’s super easy to setup, so if you have any doubts just try it on one property, let your guests know you are trying something different and see how they like it. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

We rent out our home in Tahoe on airbnb when we vacation and Anchor has made this process more convenient than we could have imagined. Every question our guests could have about our home can be answered through Anchor, allowing us to fully enjoy our time away without interruption. We love the sustainability aspect of this app, providing a one-stop-shop for all technical manuals. Anchor has been an amazing tool for our little Airbnb business - Highly recommend!
