A comprehensive and easy to use app

This app is executed to perfection. As a mental health professional, I love the crisis component and the coping tool boxes. The ability to create a crisis plan and share it among others is brilliant. This app was well thought out and hit many aspects such as offering guidance and assistance to those in need. The positive affirmation options are crucial when someone is dealing with depression. Many can’t think of these on their own when they are fighting their own battles. The ability to access them so easily will help the cognitive restructuring in the moment where time is crucial. This app is definitely a life changer.

Great format, could use some tweaks

Pros:

-I like the format overall, the seahorse is cute
-I love the anemone reference...
-I like the quick press crisis line buttons (see below)
-virtual grounding box is sweet

Suggestions for improvement:

-When creating the crisis plan, you have to swipe left to go to the next page, and if you go “back”, you lose everything you wrote. Maybe an option for going back and forth with auto save? It’s not immediately clear that you can go back and edit it later and it was frustrating for the text to disappear
-I like the crisis line button formats, but I wish there was a way to edit what numbers went into each of the buttons versus just sending it to a search function.
-Also I wish there was more information about what specific hotlines you’re being sent to. For example, if you are trans and would want to be connected to trans lifeline

Overall great start! Excited to see how it evolves
