The Angeleno IRC is a prepaid card loaded by a Sponsor municipality or organization with a specific dollar amount. Your Sponsor may add additional funds to the card, but you may not load funds to the card.
The Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, St. Paul, MN 55103, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International on behalf of Mobility Capital Finance, Inc, the program partner responsible for managing the Card.

Cumbersome, buggy, freezes
Of course an app designed to be used by those who need to access emergency assistance funds is completely useless. The app has pages that freeze with dead links/buttons. It’s so cumbersome it’s not even funny. Good luck using it and talking to customer service. Yikes

No sirve para nada , ya hable , ya textile por email y nada , no puedo depositar mi cheque de trabajo , no se donde pueda yo meterle dinero en efectivo , puro pedo aguado !!
