Description
Angkas Biker is a passenger transport and curb-side delivery service, where users can book a biker to get a safe and efficient service.
From the app: Simply input pick up and drop off details, insert notes, confirm fare by pressing book, and head to the designated location once you've been allocated a biker.
Please use the notes section to input relevant details to aid the biker, such as recipient contact info (name and mobile number) or package details such as size or weight. Items not properly received will be sent back, at cost to the sender.
Please take due precaution to ensure your items are well protected from potential damage. However, all items must be unsealed and inspected by the biker. Prohibited Items: cash, precious stones or jewelry, banderols/tax stickers, negotiable instruments, weapons and other hazardous materials, animals, human remains, pornography, any illegal goods such as narcotics.
Package Size Guidance: 10kg, 43cm x 38cm x 24cm
All items are insured up to P3,000.

UPDATE
The new update is nice. I am giving it 3 stars as the old feature like saving your favorite place was gone. It would be awesome if it was retained for easy access.
Booking Takes Forever After January Update
I started using this app around Christmas last year. Then during the first week of January, they have asked me to update about two or three times after which I could no longer get a biker. It allows you to set your location and destination but once you click booking it just waits forever and tells you that everyone is busy. I’ve waited one time about 30-40 minutes and no booking was made. I was beginning to make this my favorite but it disappointed me big time. I really wish they could fix it, then I’ll rewrite my review and give them a better rating.
Abuse of notification permission
This app is in clear violation of the App Store Review Guidelines, specifically provision 4.5.4, which states:
“Push Notifications should not be used for promotions or direct marketing purposes unless customers have explicitly opted in to receive them via consent language displayed in your app’s UI, and you provide a method in your app for a user to opt out from receiving such messages.”
I did not opt in to receive promotional notifications, however just a minute ago I received a one with this message: “oy san ka nanaman pupunta (…) Get 40% off 1 ride…”
