Wonderful Experience!

First time at this Convention as my son’s vision escort. Everyone has a helpful. Environment is safe and positive. Able to use app and program to find events. Shuttle is very much appreciated.

Can’t wait for Anime Expo 2020!! I saw your Twitter and looked on the App Store for this app. This will be very useful once I go and before I go. I’m also hype for the Live streams! I already marked my calendar!

Decent but needs some modifications

Overall decent. Would be great if:

1) When you click on an event/panel/performance/ etc in the schedule , it shows you where on the map it is located and where the line is located.

2) if you could set a custom alert/reminder for your scheduled events. Right now the only option is a 10 minute reminder. Many times you must be in line 30+ minutes before an event. A 10 minute reminder is useless.

3) if the map of artist alley was more detailed. Names of vendors instead of numbers would be great!
