AntVentor is the first short chapter of the AntTrilogy series about an ant named Florantine and his unusual adventures in a photorealistic macroworld.

Point and click Quest game refers to a type of adventure game, in which the user interacts mainly with the mouse or any pointing device (be it a finger on mobile phones) to proceed and move in the quest and journey.
All the game is built around interactions with items of the world.

Most parts of the game design phase are to liberally use these possibilities, to make the player find solutions to problems. Resolving them will make the adventure continue. In a sense, point and click Quest game is similar to puzzle games.

Bored with endless puzzles and without meaning?

The macroworld with its secrets and creatures and enjoy its natural environment than this game is more than suited for you!

i am so upset

I tried downloading this app and it didn’t even last two minutes without freezing, lagging, and then crashing. I only downloaded this because my sims wasn’t working and I thought this game would make me feel better. I’m really upset I wasted $4.99 on a game that crashed my computer and I will never use again.

Hello! We are sorry that you didn't manage to play the game. It seems there is a problem in your specs. Let's check. Our minimum requirements for now are:
OS: Mac OSX 10.7 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i Series Processor
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: ATI HD 2600 / NVIDIA 8800GT / Intel HD3000 or better card with at least 256 MB VRAM
Storage: 1900 MB available space

If you have lower, game might crash.

The good news is that right now we are working on game optimization. So after next update you should be able to play this game on your computer. Hope you will change your point of view about your rating after the update. Please send us your computer specs, so we can check.

Fun till it stopped working

My email to Loopy Mood, who I contacted on their site: "It worked fine until the broken glass wouldn't cut the thread on acorns. Your video walkthrough even has a break at his point, showing the glass being applied, then a blackout, then showing the thread pull the pills up (which makes me think that's just strange it doesn't show a smooth action and follow-through even in your video). Any help would be appreciated as playing half a game is not fun nor fair play. I haven't posted this as a review on Mac's App Store yet as I like to play fair! Thanks.” They never responded, so I’m posting it here.

Hello Laura, apologies for the late replay. We are really sorry that you could not finish the game. It seams that the problem is in your computer specs - they might not match the game requirements. The good news is that we are about to update the game with a optimizations that made for low specs computers. If you could send us your computer specs, that would be great! Thank you for your response, hope you will finish the game after an update.
Also we can see that you almost finished the game. The only thing you missed is a final cut-scene. Please share with us your game experience if not taking to the account the last cut scene that did't play. Thank you for playing AntVentor

Operated Wonderfully, the game was a letdown however...

I dunno, for some reason I was expecting different. Yeah, I made the "Oh wow, this looks like an Amanita Design game!" - mistake. With Point-and-Click puzzle adventure games, I don't mind games that appeal to the young as well as the old as long as they're done smoothly. I knew the main character was kind of childish appearing, and yes, some of the more recent Amanita characters are childish too, but this was just corny. Blatant sloppy fart jokes 3 minutes into it? Count me out, I can't concentrate on the puzzles with that junk going on every other minute. I can see where they got the 9 and up age rating...I just didn't realize it was REQUIRED that I have the brain of a 9 year old in this old body of mine to be able to enjoy it. ANOTHER important thing to note: If you are familiar with Samorost2, remember the scene where you have to crawl up and down the vertical underground water tanks with the connecting pipes? SLOWLY and TEDIOUSLY crawling through pipes and up and down ladders....then all the way back again? Well, if you like gameplay that is ALWAYS that slow....like taking 30 seconds to walk to the other side of the room 4 inches away, just to look at a speck and say "HMM!", then this one is for you! (Brand new 2019 iMac here, too, so it's not the "lagging" that other reviewers on older Macs are repoting.) A perfect example of why I will never spend more than $5.00 for anything in the App Store. I gave it a good 10 minute chance and am deleting it. If this was a STEAM game, I would ask for a refund.
And I would get it, quite fairly!
