Anxiety Coach was developed by two clinical psychologists recognized as experts in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Dr. Stephen P. H. Whiteside is the director of the Pediatric Anxiety Disorders Program at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Jonathan Abramowitz is an internationally known expert on adult anxiety disorders at the University of North Carolina.
The strategies used in Anxiety Coach are based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the most effective psychotherapy for fears and worries. In CBT people increase their confidence by gradually confronting situations that they have avoided out of fear. Research has demonstrated that CBT is more effective for anxiety than other approaches that rely on teaching people to relax.

Hits good points but not for multiple users
This is good I have more than one child who would benefit from this app. Apparently you can use this on up to six devices but what about those of us who don’t have multiple devices to load this on?
Do not buy!!
Once I rated my 0-100 fear, the app did not allow me to actually get out of that page. Instead it gave me the option to retry or click for help. I could not get out of the screen to actually see the next page. I was hoping the next screen would ask about predictions, outcomes, what you learned. I’m a clinical psychologist who paid for the app to try it before I recommend to my patients. This app had so much potential but it doesn’t work. Have they even tried it themselves? I use an iPhone if that changes anything. I just lost $5 in a matter of 2 minutes and feel like a chum. Glad I did not recommend this frustrating app to patients. Do not buy!
The exercises are amazing but I spent all this time customizing activities and then it all disappeared.
