Scam

It looks like you can use the app free with some features available only with a subscription. Until you realize that the only feature anyone would ever get the app for: saving an audio file from a video, is one of the locked features. Well what about the free trial? It’s not a free trial. It’s a refund period. Whereas every other app out there sets up the trial period as free the first billing cycle/couple of days, with the subscription set to renew at full price, this company makes you pay, and then submit to Apple for a refund within 3 days. They don’t make that clear so if you look through their reviews, that is the number one response. “Oh we’re sorry for the confusion. You need to submit a refund through Apple within 3 days of purchase”. That’s not a helpful response to those who did purchase, and didn’t know what to do for more than three days. Thank god I deleted the app as soon as I saw you can’t save the audio file without paying, and didn’t decide to try the trial.

I thought okay cool, I can see if I like it.. then decide to purchase. NOPE THEY CHARGE YOU IMMEDIATELY FOR THE WEEKLY SERVICE ONCE YOU SAY OK! B$! ****************UPDATE********************* I do appreciate that you refunded my money back immediately and your customer service has been very kind.
