Horrible update

I LOVED this app. And all versions prior to 6.3.17 worked great. I happily paid full orice for this in 2017.

BUT - BEWARE -

Withn this update, you lose all "toolbox" functionality. Enhancing videos, watermakring etc. These aren't essential tools, and the app does a decent job with them, but the point is - you HAD the majority of these tools in previous versions. YOU DON'T HAVE THEM if you upgrade.

And the only way to get them is to pay MORE for them.

Idiotic customer service that doesn't comprehend emails and ignores proof that you've prevuiously purchased the profduct and then they ask for MORE money.

Guys, I wrote you in good faith. I showed you proof of my previous purchase, twice! You ignored all that and asked me to pay for for smmething I actually already own. Good thing is, I've beat you at your game. I found version 6.3.17 and it works as it did before. So I don't need or want your upgrade.

Bottom line, there are much better apps out there that do the same thing or better, and have a company behind them that actually cares about keeping customers. Guys, you deserved this one star rating. You had multiple chances to make this right. This is what you get for not listening.
