*Please download the AnyPASS app before coming to the venue as the communication environment may be poor around the venue on the event day.
AnyPASS is a live-only and QR code application.
For AnyPASS-enabled events, all tickets purchased are managed with a single QR code, allowing smooth entry without the hassle of searching for tickets.
With the official resale and ticket distribution to friends, the AnyPASS application makes it easy to do all sorts of things at a live concert!

If I could give it zero I would!

This App is so terrible and frustrating. I bought 3 tickets for a concert and I may not be able to access them for the show. You have to have three different numbers and download this on 3 different phones. My son doesn’t have a phone so what’s are we going to do? I would give anything not to ever use this app ever again. If you want the most frustrating experience, this is the App that covers all of that. Terrible.

Worst app ever

This is the most poorly designed and utterly useless app I have ever seen. Typical Japanese complete inability to design any software that is useful. I have 4 tickets to Ultra, at 18,000 a pop, that literally may go unused because the registration process is so convoluted and confusing (even in Japanese) and sends you through endless loops with no resolution or clear direction. Thanks Avex for a completely useless piece or software and potentially wasting hours of my time and tens of thousands of yen.

Serious the worst app in the earth.

This is the worst app I have seen in the earth. This app totally showed how stupid Japanese are. They can’t even change the phone number. And when you use it to enter the concert, it gets frozen .
